By purchasing this listing, you are reserving a non-refundable finishing time slot for your needlepoint pillow with Speakeasy Needleworks. We want the process to be fun, seamless, and completely transparent - so please review all details carefully before checkout.

How It Works

1. Select Your Pillow Size
Choose from:

• Small (up to 7 inches)
• Medium (7 - 9.9 inches)
• Large (10 - 13.9 inches)
• Extra Large (14 - 17.9 inches)
• Jumbo (over 18 inches)

2. Select Your Finishing Date
The selected date is:

• The deadline for your canvas to arrive to us
• Your estimated completion timeframe

Please note that finishing timelines are approximate and may vary slightly based on workload, materials, and project complexity.

Pricing Information

The price paid at checkout serves as your finishing deposit and, in many cases, will cover the full finishing cost.

Additional finishing upgrades may increase the final balance, including but not limited to:

• Specialty fabrics
• Piping or cording
• Ruffles
• Gussets or box finishes
• Mitered corners
• Custom sizing
• Monogramming
• Return shipping

All finishing selections will be made on your required finishing form.

Required Finishing Form

Your finishing form must be completed - must attach  to the listing when your purchase and printed and included with your canvas shipment.

Finishing Policies & Terms

• Pillows will be finished without a zipper unless otherwise specified in writing.

• If providing your own fabric, please include:

  • One (1) full uncut yard for pillows with piping
  • Two (2) full uncut yards for pillows with ruffles

  Any unused fabric will be returned with your completed order.

• If providing your own cording, please send uncut cording or full skeins only.
• Due to the nature of hand-painted needlepoint canvases, no canvas is perfectly straight. One blocking is included with finishing. Additional corrective blocking may incur additional charges.
• By submitting your order, you confirm that all measurements, personalization details, and finishing selections are accurate and authorize Speakeasy Needleworks to complete the project based on the information provided.
• Selecting “Finisher’s Choice” authorizes the Speakeasy Needleworks team to make final aesthetic and finishing decisions without additional approval.
• Any changes requested after payment submission — including changes due to incorrect or incomplete information or dissatisfaction with “Finisher’s Choice” selections — may result in additional charges, including re-finishing, disassembly, and shipping fees.
• Speakeasy Needleworks is not responsible for issues caused by defective canvases, fibers, embellishments, or customer-supplied materials.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for shipping or delivering canvases to Speakeasy Needleworks.

Orders may be:

• Shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking
• Dropped off locally at a prearranged date and time

Speakeasy Needleworks is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or untracked incoming shipments.

Finished items will be returned via UPS with tracking and insurance included. Signature confirmation is available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Our current turnaround time for personalized items is 14 days. Please select the appropriate rush option in your shopping cart if you would like to receive your item faster before you checkout.

All orders are custom made and estimated to take about three weeks to complete during the 2025 holiday season unless otherwise noted.

We ship via UPS or USPS and tracking information is provided via email once your custom items are complete.

Shipping speed depends on carrier volume.

If you are local to the Dallas area, pickup options are available.

All orders are custom made and therefore FINAL SALE. Items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless a mistake is made on our part.  If an item we stock is incorrectly personalized due to our error, we will gladly replace the damaged item for a new one, or refund you if this is not possible.
