Outside Item Policy – Whatsoever Things

All efforts will be made to ensure your items are personalized correctly; however, we do not replace or reimburse for outside items that are damaged during the embroidery or personalization process. By providing outside items, you acknowledge and assume all associated risks.

All communication regarding customer-provided (outside) items must be conducted via email. Changes, approvals, questions, and concerns submitted through phone calls, text messages, social media messages, or verbal conversations cannot be guaranteed and may not be honored.

Outside items must be delivered free of all packaging, tags, hangers, and wrapping materials prior to drop-off.

All outside items must be clearly labeled with the customer's name at the time of drop-off.

The desired placement of personalization, embroidery, or monogramming must be clearly marked on each item. If placement is not marked, placement will be determined at the discretion of the monogrammer.

Any changes to an order must be submitted by email and confirmed by our team before they are considered approved.
