Order Processing

Turnaround time is typically fourteen days, outside of holidays, where turnaround will be posted on each item.

Items needed in less than the stated turnaround time are subject to a rush fee that can be added on at checkout. 

For customer provided items, all efforts will be made to make sure your items are perfect, however we do not replace or reimburse for outside items that are damaged in the process.  You assume all risk by sending your items to us.  

Shipping

Shipping fees and carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and tracking is provided via email once your items are ready for shipment. 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or carrier interruptions. 

International shipping outside of the US is not available at this time. 

Shipping fees are final sale and non-returnable.

Local Pickup 

Local pickup is available for our customers in the Dallas area. Please keep in mind we are a home based business and our hours of operation and availability vary from day to day. Once you receive your pickup notification via email, please click the included calendar link to reserve your preferred pickup time.
