Shipping note: We happily ship our faux pumpkins! While they are very lightweight, pumpkins require a larger shipping box because of their size.

Since every pumpkin is personalized, slight variations are part of what makes yours unique. ❤️

Our current turnaround time for personalized items is 14 days. Please select the appropriate rush option in your shopping cart if you would like to receive your item faster before you checkout.

All orders are custom made and estimated to take about three weeks to complete during the 2025 holiday season unless otherwise noted.

We ship via UPS or USPS and tracking information is provided via email once your custom items are complete.

Shipping speed depends on carrier volume.

If you are local to the Dallas area, pickup options are available.

All orders are custom made and therefore FINAL SALE. Items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless a mistake is made on our part.  If an item we stock is incorrectly personalized due to our error, we will gladly replace the damaged item for a new one, or refund you if this is not possible.
